  Thomas Keane is a Chicago native who graduated from
  the University of Illinois with degrees in mechanical engineering and English literature. After working for business clients throughout the US as a consultant for the New York office of Ernst & Young, he attended medical school at the University of Michigan and

  Albany Medical College, graduating with an MD in 2003. He completed a surgical internship at Johns Hopkins, and is currently a resident in Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology at New York Presbyterian Hospital. His interests include image-guided tumor treatments, catheter-based stroke interventions, and healthcare policy. In his free time, he enjoys sampling the music and food offered throughout Manhattan.
